Galveston’s Moody Mansion will host its annual New Year’s Day open house from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 1, at 2618 Broadway. Admission is free and open to the public. Bryan Guevin on piano and Hank Eisenhour on flute will provide musical entertainment, and light refreshments will be served. The mansion has been rated by the Travel Channel as the most famous historic home open for tours in Texas.
