Mama’s + Mamacitas: For the Woman Behind It All is a guided experience created for women to pause, release, and reconnect with themselves beneath the roles they carry every day. Follow @coachitzy on instagram for info!

Through a thoughtfully curated journey, you’ll be invited to let go of the labels and expectations that weigh on you, and return to the version of yourself that still exists underneath it all.

This experience flows through moments of reflection, connection, and expression. From releasing what no longer serves you, to reconnecting with your inner self, and stepping into your confidence in a playful, supportive space.
