About this Event
Mother's Day Forest Bathing Walk
We are celebrating Mother's Day with a gentle, restorative morning in nature, and you are invited!
Take some time out of your busy life, and join us in the beautiful Royal National Park for a free introductory session of forest bathing (also known as shinrin yoku or forest therapy). This is a slow, guided experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and feel at home in the natural world.
You will have the chance to pause, breathe, and share quiet connection with other Mother's in a supportive, welcoming space beneath the trees. No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
Among the trees, we’ll share stillness, presence, and simple moments of beauty. No pressure. No performance. Just space to be.
So if you love being outdoors, and are curious about a wellbeing experience, come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.
What to Expect
Every walk is a unique journey. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, inclusive space. This is not a hike or workout but a peaceful sensory journey through nature. Your guide will offer thoughtful invitations that awaken the senses, of sight, sound, touch, smell and intuition. We move at a gentle pace, with time for silence and sharing.
