Free Monthly Sound Bath w/Yoga Six Point Loma

Step into deep stillness with a restorative sound bath experience infused with yoga-based meditation, rhythmic drumming, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls.

This isn’t a concert — it’s a full-body reset. We’ll begin with light breathwork to ground the body, followed by a guided meditation. Then, settle in as you're surrounded by resonant frequencies from bowls, drums, and layered sound textures designed to release stress, balance your nervous system, and drop you into a meditative state.

This session will be held indoors in the studio (not on the lawn), creating a quiet, cozy environment ideal for sound healing.
