Try something new! Sound healing is an instrumental, meditation and mindfulness practice in concert. Gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, etc. bring your mind into the present moment, clearing stress and distraction, soothing the nervous system, improve mood, and can help anyone to unplug (to recharge) from our dailys. This free community offering provides respite from the barrage of external and personal distractions and stressors we're all exposed to. Plus, the contemplative and beautiful atmosphere of the historic St. John's feels good and sounds great. And we love having you!

Parking and entrance on East side (Silver & 3rd). Overflow parking available in adjoining lot to South (accessed from Lead Ave.). Please bring a yoga mat or comforter, pillow, and whatever you need to get comfortable. Ample seating is also available. Eye masks always available. Arrive early, if possible. Avoid strong fragrances. And please no recordings during session. Thank You!
