In this free mini workshop and sound experience, we’ll explore simple ways to support and protect your energy in a way that feels practical and easy to understand.
You’ll be guided through a few simple practices to help you feel more grounded, along with an introduction to how sound can be used to support your state. We’ll also introduce a few crystals and simple ways to use them to feel more grounded.
We’ll close with a short sound meditation so you can feel the effects for yourself.
After the experience, you’re welcome to explore the shop, ask questions, and connect. Guests are also welcome to arrive early to browse before we begin.
