Come along Sunday mornings for a mindful walk together.We'll meet at the benches in the coach park (just outside the tourist information centre) I usually stand around the first bench nearest the river.
The walks will vary a little, but walking along the stour either up or down to make the most of the nature will be the most common route taking in Abbots Mill Gardens, Solly's Orchard among other hidden gems.
There will be guidance on mindful walking, its purpose and benefits.
Also there will be suggestions on what we can learn from the practice and how we can bring this into our lives.
After, there's an open invitation to get a coffee and chat about the practice or anything else you fancy.
There's no limit on attendees and everyone is welcome.
