Resilience doesn’t mean being positive or strong all. the. time. For most people, real resilience is quieter than that. It’s the ability to stay present when things are uncomfortable, to recover without rushing yourself, and to trust that you can meet whatever comes next and that you'll be okay! Even when you don’t feel ready.
This workshop explores emotional resilience from multiple angles: psychological, somatic, and lived experience. We’ll look at how resilience actually develops in the nervous system, how self-trust is built, and why adaptability matters when life is unpredictable.
Rather than teaching coping strategies or quick fixes, the focus is on understanding what helps you stay with yourself during challenges and what drains your capacity without you realising it. We’ll explore how emotions move and complete, how the body contributes to regulation and stability, and how resilience grows when pressure is met with support instead of self-judgement.
If you want to feel more resourced, more trusting of yourself, and less afraid of life’s harder moments, this workshop offers a place to begin just that!
If this resonates, you are most welcome to come along!
