Free Mental Health Assessments

We hope to see you on Thursday, April 16th, at Charter Research (1718 N Mills Ave Ste 200, Orlando) for complimentary mental health assesment to help you understand if your mental health is affecting your day to day life. We’re offering appointments every hour from 9 AM to 3 PM to fit your schedule.

If you have expirience :

• Persistent sadness
• Loss of appetite
• Constant mood shift
• Have a Depression or Bipolar diagnosis

You may benefit from a mental health assesment. Often we dismiss any symptoms related to our mental health , so screening can be an important first step in protecting your long-term health. The mental health assesments is a question and answer test: it is non-invasive and will give us same-day results.

Things to bring with you for your appointment:

• A valid photo identification (driver's license, state I.D., etc)
• A list of medications, if applicable.
