Free Memory Screenings

We hope to see you on Thursday, April 16th, at Charter Research (1718 N Mills Ave Ste 200, Orlando) for complimentary memory screens to help you understand your brain health. We’re offering appointments every hour from 9 AM to 3 PM to fit your schedule.

If you have experienced:

• Trouble misplacing items
• Family history of Dementia
• Forgeting important appointments
• Often feeling lost or confunsed

You may benefit from a memory screening. Memory decline often shows symptoms we dismiss, so screening can be an important first step in protecting your long-term health. The memory test is a question and answer test: it is non-invasive and will give us same-day results.

Things to bring with you for your appointment:

• A valid photo identification (driver's license, state I.D., etc)
• A list of medications, if applicable.
