We will have a guided session and some reflections on the integration of practice, insights and fruition in daily life. This will be a meditation experience to learn how to practice to release compulsive thinking and staying in this moment. Rediscovering your grounding awareness and your tranquility.

Please notice that at 19:40 we will start the meditation and I won't be able to open the door after that time.

I will make it simple so people without experience can follow, but I will give some touches of more advanced practices for the more experienced mediators.

This group is not related to any organization, ideology or tradition. We are looking for the direct experience of our nature, in the most honest way possible, simply taking the benefit of the tremendous power of sitting together to transcend human suffering in a practical and direct way.
