Free Community YogaMeditation For Beginners

Key Largo Yoga offers yoga free to the community each month, and in December we’re offering a class on meditation.
This class is open to everyone, whether you already have a meditation practice or have never tried to meditate.
There will be gentle movement and stretching to make the body comfortable, some discussion, and the opportunity to try several different meditation practices so you can see which one works best for you. We’ll also offer some tips on how to get started on a personal meditation practice at home.
No experience necessary
