Through gentle movement, meditation, grounding practices, sound, posture, gesture, and freestyle dance, we help you reconnect with your body, heal old wounds, ignite your intuition, and rebuild your self-worth.

How to Actually Love Yourself

Why is it so hard love ourselves? Media and marketing did a number on us all. Those messages are held deep within our bodies, even when we tell ourselves self-love mantras. We need a felt sense of self-worth.

You can park at the playground side of Hota lake, then walk halfway around the lake, to the south side.

What to bring

• Towel or yoga mat
• Water
• Sunscreen

What to wear

Wear comfortable, breathable, light clothing that allows for easy movement and is suitable for both sitting and potential dance or gentle movements.
