About this Event
We invite you to spend a peaceful hour meditating with others at the Dundas Library. The sessions will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.
No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.
Exploring the Transformative Practice of Mindfulness: To kick off the new location for our free drop-in meditation program at Dundas Library, we invite you to join us for a session focused on the benefits of learning to navigate the world more mindfully. We will explore the what, why, and how of mindfulness for an enlightening evening where we will learn, discuss, and ultimately practice this life-changing skill of mindfulness.
