Welcome to Meditation and Bhakti Yoga Classes with Kirtan,
Each Saturday we invite you to join us having a relaxing meditation and kirtan to let go of the stress from your life and rejuvinate for the upcoming week. You are invited to come and participate in the free meditation classes and kirtan. If there are any friends and family you would like to invite, please feel free to bring them along. If you would like anyone to be added to this invite, please send their email address or share the link for this event:
We will also be having a vegetarian meal on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

Our regular weekly program for each Saturday: (If there is noone new attending, we will have kirtan and a class with Q & A (with no introduction class), so all regulars are welcome to attend. Meditation classes are given upon request for new guest.
