About this Event
This class introduces the fundamental principles of Pilates, including breath control, core stabilization, pelvic and spinal alignment, and controlled movement patterns. Exercises are performed on the mat using body weight resistance to target the deep stabilizing muscles of the core, hips, and shoulder girdle.
The class emphasizes neutral spine, proper biomechanics, and controlled eccentric and concentric muscle activation to develop strength, mobility, and neuromuscular coordination in a low-impact format.
All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to suit your personal fitness journey.
