Are you stuck, somehow? Writing can probably help. A personal writing practice is a powerful tool, especially with radical acceptance of the rituals that work for you. Forget what you think you know about writing—it doesn’t have to be lonely, or hard, or high pressure. It can simply be what you need it to be: a release, a structure, a community, or if what you need is “me time”, it can be a solitary practice too. In this workshop we’ll cover the different ways a writing practice can enhance your life, and then we’ll come up with a plan for building the type of practice that works for you. We’ll talk about inspiration, motivation, publication, community, habits, and the unexpected joys that come from writing.
