What if healing the land begins by healing within?
Join us at the LEAF Urban Farm for a special Heartfulness Meditation experience. In the quiet of the garden, we’ll pause together, nurture kindness and compassion within, and reflect on how inner stillness can deepen our connection with the soil, food, and community around us.
Come be part of this gentle practice of reflection and regeneration — for yourself, and for the world we’re growing together.
The class is free, and donations of any amount are always welcome to support LEAF through cash or card.
Additional information:
- Age group: 16+
- This is an outdoor class. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, bring your water bottle and sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses and/or a hat). It will be canceled if it rains or is too windy (we will notify people through Eventbrite, so check back here if you're unsure).
- There is a porta-potty on-site.

The address is at the (), not the LEAF Urban Farm!
Parking:
- Use the eastern entrance (not Nursery Ave.) to the California Nursery Historic Park, the LEAF Community Garden is on your right side.
- There is ample parking inside this entrance.
Bike parking available at the garden.
Public Transit:
- AC Transit Bus 216 stops right outside the LEAF Community Garden. Get off at Niles Blvd. & Hillview Drive.
