"As Co-owner of Full Circle Creative, I‘ve been helping small businesses with their marketing and telling their stories since 1999.
I’ve taught a “How to Talk with Customers” class for Startup Week in Loveland, at the Lincoln Gallery in Loveland, and at Sanderosa Art Gallery in LaPorte.
I’ve managed art galleries, museum stores, an antiques store, and gift catalogs for the Smithsonian Institution and Art & Artifact.
I am the sales manager and producer of ARTSource NOCO, a beautiful annual arts guide, now in its 16th year promoting our small - mid-size businesses locally and all over CO and marketing NOCO as an arts destination to attract tourists and residents to the area.
Topic: “Wearing Many Hats: How to Talk with Customers.” In this fun, interactive class, we’ll practice role-playing - being a salesperson and also putting yourself in the customer’s shoes (or rather hat!).
Volunteers will play the business owner, while another class member chooses a hat and assumes the personality of a customer/ potential buyer. Then everyone chooses a partner to practice asking questions and giving their sales spiel. Learn questions to ask to figure out what kind of product a customer might like, and what things to share about yourself and your company with a prospective client. Become more comfortable and competent at sales! "
