Join Pip at Albany Community Hub to learn how to pickle and preserve seasonal fruit and vegetables. Discover how to make the most of the abundance of fruit and vegetables available at this time of year, and stock up your pantry with healthy, delicious food to enjoy all year round.
Bring produce and clean jars, and go home with preserves made on the day. You’ll also gain skills to keep preserving at home and in your community.
