Need-to-bring: Footwear suitable for muddy areas; weather dependent: waterproof jacket & water bottle.

The walk, run by Canal & River Trust, will be led by volunteer walk leaders who are full of interesting information about the local area.
Please join us for a fun leisurely walk along the canal. You'll learn a lot and meet new people!
Join us for a 2 hour/5 mile guided walk in the Marsworth/Wilstone area. This will take in the local Grand Union Canal, the Aylesbury Arm, and the four local reservoirs.
Terrain is towpaths and footpaths including several steps. It's suitable for regular able-bodied walkers.
Car parking is free at the start point, Meads Farmhouse Kitchen cafe. Please park in the field accessed straight on from the entrance, where we’ll meet at 10.00am. There’ll be an option to stop for coffee at Watersedge cafe, Marsworth.

Suitable for families with children aged 10+ and able to walk – not suitable for pushchairs or strollers (Parents must accompany their children). Not suitable for mobility scooters or wheelchairs.
This event is dog-friendly so please feel free to bring your furry friends along!
The great thing about walking is that you do not need any fancy equipment. Please just wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket if raining. However with all the fallen leaves the tow path (even if it is not raining) it can be muddy/slippy so stout shoes are really required (stronger than recommended).
