Tasmania Legal Aid's clinics offer free, private and confidential 30-minute appointments. Appointments can be attended at COTA Tasmania offices in Hobart and Launceston or via a phone call for those who can't attend in person.Legal clinics provide advice only.
Legal Aid cannot prepare or change wills, but they can provide general advice. Referrals can be made to private law firms that draft discounted wills.
