We’re pleased to invite you to a Lakeland Landlord Advice Evening, hosted by Sam Ashdown and Phil Jones of AshdownJones and Lettings by AJ.
It’ll be a relaxed evening for landlords who manage their own properties and want a clearer picture of what’s coming in, what it means for you, and how to handle it day to day.
With the Renters’ Rights Act coming into effect on 1st May, we’ll talk through what’s actually changing, what you’ll need to do differently, and where landlords can easily get caught out, so you leave knowing exactly where you stand and what your next steps look like.
Sam and Phil work closely with landlords across the Lake District and will walk through what this means in practice, from day-to-day management through to compliance, communication, and protecting your position as a landlord.
