Inner Leadership
Step into nature and into yourself with a free guided womenโs nature walk designed to support inner leadership, nervous system regulation, and deep embodied presence.
This experience is for anyone who has been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in their head, or constantly starting over โ and is ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, supportive environment.
In collaboration with Lisa Nguyen, a Forest Therapy Certified guide, this walk blends mindful movement, breathwork, and nature-based practices to help you shift out of stress and into presence.
This is not a hike or workout โ it is a slow, intentional walking experience designed to help you come back into your body.

๐ฌ Guided Forest Therapy Practices
Led by Lisa, youโll be guided through sensory awareness and nature-based grounding techniques that support nervous system calm and inner regulation.
๐ถโโ๏ธ Mindful Walking Experience
We will walk slowly and intentionally through scenic trails, focusing on breath, presence, and embodied awareness.
๐จ Breathwork + Nervous System Reset Stops
Throughout the walk, we will pause for gentle breathwork practices to help release stress, tension, and mental overload.

This experience supports you in strengthening self-trust, learning to slow down, and leading yourself from a more grounded and regulated place.
