Motivation fades.
Consistency is what gently brings us back.
This month’s Ladies Nature Walk is about exploring what consistency really looks like — not rigid discipline, but small, meaningful return.
We’re excited to be partnering with Ember Centre, a team of counsellors trained in nature-based therapy, to guide us through a grounded and supportive outdoor experience. This is a trauma-informed walk, meaning the space is designed to feel safe, choice-based, and welcoming — whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years.
As we walk the peaceful 2.9 km Rice Lake Loop, we’ll pause for a simple sit spot practice. Rather than focusing only on movement, you’ll be invited to briefly find a quiet place to sit, notice what’s around you, and reflect through a light creative prompt.
You don’t need to be a writer.
You don’t need to be “good” at mindfulness.
You just need to be willing to notice.
We’ll close with a gentle conversation about how nature teaches us consistency through seasons and cycles.
This isn’t just a walk.
It’s space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — together.
Come as you are. 🌿
