This is for kids between the ages of 3-7 looking to go on a Christmas adventure through yoga postures. We use Yoga poses to tell a story, teaching kids lessons about friendship, and confidence and encouraging mindfulness. They will enjoy an immersive experience, about the story of Mr Grinch filled with fun and encouraging creativity, having an activity at the end for them to complete, like colouring or a sticker picture. Yoga for kids provides an opportunity for children to interact with peers, building friendships and improving their social skills in a supportive way. Parents are more than welcome to chill in the shop with a book and take a well-earned break, or join in with the festive adventure!
Please note that there will be fancy dress in this adventure and Becky will be dressing up as the Grinch.
