Our Free Kayaking Wellbeing Program is designed to support young people aged 12–25 years old in a safe, fun, and inclusive outdoor environment. Held near St Kilda Pier, the program encourages youths to build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy nature through guided kayaking and interactive activities. All sessions are carefully supervised by 3 experienced kayak guides. Alongside kayaking, participants can participate in engaging games both on the land and in the water, helping them feel comfortable, connected, and supported. The program promotes teamwork, resilience, and emotional wellbeing while creating positive and memorable experiences. Parents are also welcome to join, creating a supportive community atmosphere where youth feel encouraged and inspired. This initiative aims to help youth engage in prosocial activities, relax, have fun, and grow in a safe and nurturing space.
Above 25 years old can participate with $30.
