We’ll unpack why “just relax” doesn’t work (and how mindfulness is actually about leaning into discomfort, not avoiding it), practice 3 simple “noticing anchors” you can use anywhere, and discover how tiny pauses build steadiness and help you trust yourself in the ever-changing environment.
