Sol Fitness is hosting a free Intro to Strength Training session designed as a safe, education-forward space to explore movement—whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or returning after time away.
This small-group experience includes a guided conversation and a low-sweat group movement screening focused on learning how your body moves and gaining clarity around your options. The emphasis is on exploration and understanding, not performance or intensity.
Led by Sunny Bayne, Co-Owner and Head Trainer at Sol Fitness, and Casey Bayne, Level 3 Trainer and Director of Education at Sol Fitness, this session is open to all people and all fitness levels and intentionally limited to 8 participants - to keep the experience thoughtful and human.
