New to Body & Brain? Our programs have helped thousands of people worldwide improve their health and live with greater joy and purpose. Join us for a fun and interactive introduction to Body & Brain. In this group class, you'll get time to learn more about yourself through exercises that will address your flexibility, balance, stress levels, coordination and breath. Our experienced instructors will share basic energy philosophies that will leave you with a new perspective on how you can approach your health holistically. New clients will be offered a 10% discount on memberships.

Meet your instructor:
Meghan Bliss has been with Body & Brain as an instructor since her graduation from college in 2017. One of her main goals is to create warm, bright, and nurturing energy towards herself and those around her. She believes that this will help to revive our Earth Citizen Spirit, the spirit of benefiting all living beings in every choice we make. Cultivating this spirit happens not only in the classroom! You'll also find Meghan getting outdoors as often as possible whether that be via biking, hiking, or just taking a meditative stroll. If you ask her nicely, she'll probably sing you a song ;) Connection is key and she knows, with a little practice and consistency, we can all maintain that connection within ourselves to create health, happiness, and peace.
