Curious about Jazzercise? Ready to sculpt your body and boost your mood? 💃💪Join us for an Intro Class and discover the fun and effective way to get fit! This class is beginner-focused, but all are welcome.
What to expect:
✅ High-energy, easy to follow dance-based cardio

In this 45 minute class, we will warm up, and then preview the moves before each cardio and strength training routine, wrapping up with a cool down.
