International Women's Month is the month of March and we want to kick it off strong with a FREE yoga class in support of Women Helping Women Fund. Women Helping Women Fund is a non-profit organization supporting local Spokane women in areas such as Access to Higher Education and Continuing Education, Mental Health Services, Family Support Programs, Housing Assistance and Homelessness Resources, and so much more.
