Step into a heart-centered day of embodiment, creativity, and soul remembering.
ART of Three is a full-day immersive workshop guided by three powerful facilitators, each channeling one aspect of the sacred trinity: Mind (Access), Body (Release), and Spirit (Thrive).

Together, we honor the alchemy of the number 3: the awareness , expansion, and divine expression - through meditation, movement and creative art-making.

This is your invitation to transmute what no longer serves you, reconnect to your essence, and awaken the vibrant truth of who you are.
Come as you are. Leave as who you were always meant to be.

11:00 AM – Opening the Container
Arrive gently into the space. Ground, connect playfully with the Question Ball, sip tea or coffee, and enjoy fresh fruit as we open our circle.

11:30 AM – ACCESS with Monika
Meet your shadow through breath and somatic awareness.
Honor what’s been buried and transform old stories with compassion and strength.
A sacred space for emotional alchemy and deep integration.

12:30 PM – Nourishment Break
Bring your lunch or share in the community. Breathe, rest, and integrate.

1:00 PM – RELEASE with Isha
Ignite your heart through Osho Active Meditation and ecstatic movement.
Move the energy, exhale bliss, and reclaim joy.
Letting go becomes a dance of freedom and remembrance.

2:00 PM – THRIVE with Natalia
Anchor your transformation through energy work, intuitive art-making, and guided visualization.
Express your essence in color and form.

Monika Burra – ACCESS
Somatic Guide & Breathwork Facilitator
A transformational psychotherapist and certified IFS practitioner, Monika gently guides participants into their inner landscapes with compassion and courage. Her work creates safe spaces for releasing trauma, embracing authenticity, and returning home to self.

Isha Justyna Kostek – RELEASE
DJ & Movement Medicine Facilitator
Founder of Ecstatic Dance Oneonta and certified Osho Active Meditation guide, Isha channels sound, breath, and movement into transformational journeys. With roots in theatre and soul-centered facilitation, she helps others awaken joy and move from the heart.

Natalia Leginowicz – THRIVE
Intuitive Energy Artist & Expressive Arts Guide
A visionary artist and source-point therapist, Natalia bridges creative expression with energetic healing. Through intuitive art and guided visualization, she helps participants embody gratitude, peace, and creative expansion.
