How we trust ourselves forms into the framework that we use to trust or distrust others. We formulate the criteria based on our biases which are linked to our core values and internalised narratives. If we don't trust ourselves, how can we trust anyone else?  If we don't trust anyone else, how can we develop the high quality, trust-based relationships we need to achieve our purpose and goals?

Trust building is an inside-out process. By first understanding and strengthening our self-trust patterns, how they serve us, and why we established them, we can make more decisions that open us to new personal and professional breakthroughs.

Say Yes to Me!  Explores two models of self trust with you.  You will first learn about the Pillar of Self-Trust which is made up of three competency clusters you can use to trust yourself more.  The next model is the IFB Model of Self Trust (AKA The Say Yes to Me! Model) and takes you on a profound journey that has the potential to take you to higher levels of self-trust.
