FREE Happy Craft Workshop for kids (aged 5-10) & their parents - We'll get creative, share happy activities and have fun! (food included)Families, join our FREE Happy Kids Crafts event this half-term for lots of fun, crafts & happy activities.
What : FREE Happy Kids Crafts session for primary school aged children (5-10) and their grown-ups. We'll bring a whole host of craft activities to bring out your child's amazing creativity. From wooly monsters to happy badges, there's an activity for everybody! We'll also bring some simple kids wellbeing activities for you to work on together.
We know that our community is affected disproportionately by the rising cost of living, so each child with a ticket will receive a delicious pancake with fresh berries to enjoy at the session.
Where : We'll be using the amazing Reading Room at the Old Library - a beautiful, large & bright space which is just perfect for our event.
Why : We are hosting these sessions as part of our Happy Kids Workshops project, as funded by Tesco Brighter Starts. We were delighted to receive this funding as voted for by our community at local Tesco branches. This project has been created to help support the emotional wellbeing & mental health of local children and families by providing skills, knowledge & tips for you to use in daily life.
