About this Event
Come on out to Moon Dragon for an evening of FREE group meditation. We supply the focus, the chairs (or new comfy colorful cushions). You just need yourself and a desire for the benefits Meditation can bring. If you have your own mat, cushion or other device, feel free to bring that. If you have never meditated, fear not, we will discuss a little bit about the practice at the start of the Group Meditation.
This Event is open to all levels of proficiency. The group meditation will be about 30 minutes long and start about 6pm. This event is FREE.
This event will meet Every 1st Wednesday of the Month. Each week the focus of t he meditation will be changed to keep if fresh. We will also have a Free Meditation class of the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.
Although Meditation seems like it would be a solitary experience, Meditating in a group can make the experience more profound personally and spiritually. “The shared intention of the group elevates each individual. When one or more gather with the intention to heal or grow, great shifts can occur. The group’s collective energy has a massive impact on the world.” ~ Gabrielle Bernstein.
We hope to see you there this week or at an upcoming class. We will have the shop open before and after class for your convenience. There is ample Street parking in front of the shop ( which is free after 5pm) and a Free lot behind the shop.
