Join Laura L Housel, registered art therapist, licensed mental health counselor, and certified yoga instructor as we explore how nature based expressive arts can support us in tending to our grief. We will also engage in a hands on activity. Laura is the owner of Rebelle House, LLC and provides individual and group art therapy and counseling services, community care, and workshops specializing in relational trauma, distress, and addiction; grief, disenfranchised grief, aging, illness, and midlife transitions; and late identified neurodivergence, ADHD, and autism.
