Every Saturday, Jacalyn White leads free Grief Relief Yoga. 🧘🍃Yoga instructor Jacalyn White has designed this gentle practice that may be done in a chair or on a yoga mat, to facilitate moving painful emotions that are stuck in the body. Done with both expressive movement and simple yoga postures, Grief Relief Yoga emphasizes emotional release and self compassion.
If you haven't tried it and are nervous, call up a friend and come together to check it out. I can not think of a better way to start your day. Jacalyn will warm up your joints and get your emotions moving throughout the body. If you can't stand for a long time, still try! You can do the moves from a chair. It's drop-in, so just come by when you can. It's free, so just give it a try!
