🥋 Gi seminar – Back Attacks
Nick is on his final run from brown to black belt and brings a smooth, technical, playful style built on timing over strength and flow over force. With nearly 200 competition matches, his Jiu Jitsu works for hobbyists and competitors alike.
While this is a Gi class, the concepts translate seamlessly to No Gi.
Nick is also the Executive Director of City Champs, which is hosting a No-Gi Invitational on 2/21. He’s still looking for sign-ups if anyone from Open Guard wants to compete.
