We invite you to experience a different kind of therapy.. This is wonderful opportunity to try something new, meet our amazing community and reset your energy as we continue into 2024. This is a great time to try something magical with 2 extremely passionate women combining their skill sets. We're excited to chanel the full moon energy releasing the old and manifesting our purpose with love and light. Take deep breath and immerse yourself in the magical & mystical. Sonia will host the first part of the event starting with a gentle yoga warm up. She will then guide us using mindful movement techniques and slow rhythmic dance flow that she has created to complement Dee's spiritual work.
Dee will then use her skills in Energy Medicine, Ayurvedic Astrology, and channelled teachings to guide us all into a nutrimental meditation, harvesting the energy we have created in the circle under the energy of the full moon.
Followed By Rafail the musical magical healing sound therapy throughout the meditation… take your healing, health and soul to an eternal state of bliss.
