Led by Sarah Santa, a certified olive oil sommelier, nutritionist, and wellness advocate based in Orlando, this immersive tasting will guide you through the subtle aromas, flavors, and textures of high-quality olive oils. Discover what makes an olive oil “extra virgin,” how to detect flavor notes, and how to pair oils with food for both taste and health benefits.
Whether you're a foodie, a wellness enthusiast, or just curious, this guided tasting will awaken your senses and deepen your appreciation for one of the world's healthiest staples.
A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes (1:30 PM) prior to the event start time.
Please note: This event is for those who have never attended a Charter Research event, or those who bring a new friend to the event.
