Note: A signed City waiver is required for all participants under the age of 18. A parent or guardian must review, sign and submit the completed waiver at the event. Waivers are available at the Library or online at Altamonte.org/Library. Once submitted, the waiver is kept on file and does not need to be resubmitted.
