Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival invites you to a fun musical journey that will delight your imagination and fill your heart with joy! Designed for young audiences but perfect for music lovers of any age, our annual Free Family Concert, Musical Animals, features the humorous musical suite 'Carnival of the Animals' and 'Road to Hamelin.'Featuring professional musicians Yinzi Kong, William Ransom, and Julie Coucheron, along with narration by Frank O'Donnell and dancing by the Amelia Island Dance Festival, this performance will be a feast for the senses!
The concert will take place at 3PM inside the auditorium at Fernandina Beach Middle School. Prior to the concert, from 2-3PM, we have a handful of fun activities for the whole family! Student musicians from Amelia Music Studio will perform on stage, Front Porch Beads will host a bracelet making workshop, the Fernandina Beach Fire Department will of offer tours of their fire truck, Project Chance will bring a few of their puppies to play with, and Ms. Dearsha from Story & Song will offer a fun children's storytime!
