About this Event

Take a step toward a healthier, more connected version of yourself. Join us for a powerful eight-week series of free wellbeing workshops for adult women in Exeter, focused on helping you build your own wellbeing toolkit.

Please note: You only need to sign up for the first workshop to sign up for all of them.

This is more than just a workshop – it’s a welcoming space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others navigating similar challenges.

🌿 Who is this for? These workshops are open to all adult women in the community, from all walks of life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, looking to reconnect with yourself, or simply want tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing β€” this space is for you.

These workshops are completely free, brought to you by The National Lottery and Wellbeing Workshops.

Participant Eligibility:
This series is open to individuals over 18 who are:

  • Cisgender women
  • Transgender women or non-binary individuals who identify as women
