Join us for an evening of showcase of Bharatanatyam by the students of Nityaa Arts Centre.
Bharatanatyam is a traditional yet ever contemporary dance form originating in India which is popular world wide today.
The young and the old love and embrace it for its beauty and charm. It is a pleasure to see the tiny hands and feet move in sync together with their expressive eyes.
There is more to this art form. The evening includes a brief introduction about the pedagogy.
It introduces the art, science, and profession of teaching. It encompasses the methods, theories, and strategies educators use to facilitate learning, combining instructional techniques with an understanding of how students cognitively, socially, and emotionally develop

Bharatanatyam ist eine traditionelle und doch stets moderne Tanzform, die ihren Ursprung in Indien hat und heute weltweit beliebt ist.
Jung und Alt lieben und umarmen ihn wegen seiner Schönheit und seines Charmes. Es ist ein Vergnügen, die winzigen Hände und Füße zu sehen, die sich synchron mit ihren ausdrucksstarken Augen bewegen.
Doch diese Kunstform hat noch mehr zu bieten. Der Abend beginnt mit einer kurzen Einführung in die Pädagogik.
Dabei werden die Kunst, die Wissenschaft und der Beruf des Lehrens vorgestellt. Die Einführung umfasst die Methoden, Theorien und Strategien, die Pädagogen einsetzen, um das Lernen zu fördern, wobei Unterrichtstechniken mit dem Verständnis dafür verbunden werden, wie sich Schüler kognitiv, sozial und emotional entwickeln
