If you currently work a stable job with consistent paychecks and benefits, but you can’t stop thinking about building something of your own, this workshop is for you. This is not a “quit your job tomorrow” seminar. It’s not hustle culture and it’s not about emotional decision-making. It’s a clarity workshop designed to help you think through one of the biggest professional decisions you could make.
During this session, we’ll walk through The Responsible Exit Framework, a structured approach to deciding whether and how to transition from full-time employment into small-town business ownership. We’ll talk through how to determine if this is the right season of life, how to calculate your real financial runway, how to test whether there’s actual market demand (not just passion), what Year One realistically looks like in both numbers and time commitment, and the different transition paths that don’t require dramatic or reckless risk.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of where you stand. Some of you may be ready to begin building an exit plan. Some of you may need to strengthen key areas before exiting. And some may realize this isn’t the right time , and that’s okay. There is no pressure to quit and no shame in waiting, but there is wisdom in preparation.
If you’ve been quietly thinking about building your own business but don’t know where to start, this is your first step!
This workshop is free to attend and designed for serious professionals who want clarity in their next steps.
