If you would like to try a bit of outdoor sketching, join local artist, Richard Towers, for one (or more) free En Plein Air sessions being held alongside our current exhibition, Artists North Devon: A Vibrant Community.The sessions will be untutored, but Richard will be on hand to give advice and guidance.
Target audience
Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as experienced artists – everyone is welcome.
Where to meet
Gather outside the Museum at 10am before going off to sketch… come rain or shine! Dress accordingly.
What to bring
Bring your own materials including paper and/or a sketchbook.
The Museum shop stocks a selection of artist materials, which will also be available to purchase on the day.
Cost
Free – no need to book.
