Join us for a FREE hands-on training session covering Rheem electric storage water heaters at the new Innovation and Learning Centre at Rheem HQ, Avondale, Auckland.The session includes a 30-minute factory walk-through to see how storage cylinders are built and learn the benefits of each model. Back in the Innovation & Learning Centre, we’ll explore element and thermostat configurations, including Twin and Dual setups, element design, compatibility, and which options suit different water qualities.
We’ll also cover commissioning, common faults, diagnostics, and service manual use to help you get units running correctly and avoid warranty issues. Tools and live units available for practical learning.
