12:20 - 12:35 PM Warm up with Nicole Mastroianni We’re shaking it out, dropping it down, and letting it GO! Join me for a juicy Embodied Movement warm-up to wake up your body and set your spirit free. At the end, I’ll guide you through a creative visualization to toss out whatever you’re ready to release, bye-bye old baggage, hello fresh energy!
12:35 – 1:35 PM 🌈🌀 Ecstatic Dance DJ set with DJ ISHA! 🌀🌈
DJ Isha has brought her unique sound to dance floors in India, NYC, Amsterdam, and Poland, weaving together Afro house, organic beats, and tribal rhythms that awaken body and spirit. 🌍 Her sets are journeys of heart and movement, blending global grooves with cosmic textures that spark joy, freedom, and deep connection. This isn’t just music, it’s a celebration of life through rhythm and dance. ✨
1:35 - 1:50 PM Cool Down with Nicole Mastroianni Joyride to Stillness: From high energy to deep calm, a playful glide into your inner glow. We’ll wrap up with a bliss-filled visualization, think of it as a little joy ride for your imagination. Close your eyes, breathe deep, and let yourself drift into pure glow-mode before heading back into the world.
1:50 – 2:00 PM Closing circle & sweet send-off

🌈 Meet Warm up & Cool Down Facilitator - Nicole Mastroianni is an embodiment guide, expressive arts facilitator, and founder of Creative Roots Children. As a solo parent and trauma-informed coach, she blends movement, mindfulness, and creative expression to help others reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Nicole creates soulful spaces for healing, joy, and authentic self-expression, where movement becomes both medicine and magic.
🌈 Meet the Organizer & DJ – Isha Justyna Kostek is a vibrant force of movement, music, and transformation. A certified OSHO Active Meditation facilitator and sound healer trained in India, she is the founder of abunDANCE, a unique practice that blends somatic release and ecstatic movement to awaken joy, presence, and abundance from within.
Born in Poland and now based in Upstate New York, Isha brings a global spirit and grounded heart to every event she creates. With a background in theater, trauma healing, and equine-assisted therapy, she weaves deep presence with playful freedom, creating sacred spaces where people can fully express, feel, and heal.
Alongside psychotherapist Monika Burra, Isha also offers Equine Assisted Therapy at Stable Serenity, a powerful program that supports personal growth, emotional regulation, and connection through the wisdom of horses.
Since 2024, Isha has been leading Ecstatic Dance Oneonta, igniting dance floors with soul-stirring blends of organic house, Afro rhythms, and world beats. She also leads Ecstatic Dance Enjoy Troy on a monthly basis.
When she’s not dancing barefoot under the stars, you’ll find her with the horses, listening, loving, and co-regulating with her hooved teachers.
🕺 What is Ecstatic Dance Troy? Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice where you can move however you feel without any judgment or concern for the "right" way to dance. It's a space for you to be yourself, let go of stress, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.
The Blessings of Ecstatic Dance:
- BE PRESENT (no phones or cameras)
- EMBODIMENT (no talking or verbal communication)
- CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)
- BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others' space, crossed arms or looking away means “NO”
- GROUNDING (outside shoes permitted but dancing barefoot recommended!)
- BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT.
This event is produced by Just More Theater Inc., a non-profit 501 (c3) theater company dedicated to promoting arts education in schools as well as spreading joy and bliss through movement, creativity, and meditation.
