About this Event
This is a class used to inform participants about online shopping, its benefits and how it works. Participants will be informed about ordering online vs. shopping in store, features behind delivery or curbside pick up, and activities to allow participants to emerge in the shopping experience (without making any official purchases), and general recommendations behind creating wish lists vs adding to cart and opening an account vs. shopping as guest.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the definition and benefits of online shopping.
- Learn the steps involved in the online shopping process, distinguish between shopping and in-store pickup options, including an activity that allows participants to compare prices in 2 different retail stores
- Learn additional tips for a successful online shopping experience, like guidance on important details to pay attention to when shopping online with a paired activity to enhance participants’ understanding.
